Our certifications will help you master the ActiveDisclosure reporting platform and delivers the skills you need to advance your career, earn promotions and take on new roles.
The certification is available to all ActiveDisclosure customers with a platform login.
The certification is free to all ActiveDisclosure customers with a platform license.
The certification is available on ActiveDisclosure Learning Management System, DFIN U, under Certifications. A platform login is required to sign in.
The self-paced learning path consists of 7 on-demand courses which can be completed in about 2-3 hours.
There are approximately 5 questions at the end of each course, and 20 questions on the Course Review Final Exam.
In order to pass, you must receive a test score of 80%.
We will require a re-certification every 2 years; the re-certification will consist of learning about updates we have made to the software and any new information required. It will be a re-certification course, not a re-take of the same courses. It should take significantly less time than the first exam.
Once you pass the exam and Course Review, there will be a link on the congratulations page to post your new certificate to your LinkedIn profile, when you click the “Add to LinkedIn” button, you will be directed to LinkedIn.
Yes, a PDF certificate is available in your DFIN U profile. To view your profile, click the drop-down arrow next to your profile picture.
